Kenya Home Services accounts are available only to people who are 18 years of age or older. The requirement applies to both customers and service providers.
Registration requires a date of birth and an explicit confirmation that the applicant is at least 18. The registration form validates the date, and the authentication system also enforces the minimum age server-side so the requirement cannot be bypassed by changing the interface.
Do not enter another person's date of birth, impersonate another person, or create an account to bypass an age restriction. False information may result in account restriction or termination.
You cannot create or use a KHS account. If an account was created for a person under 18, contact support so the matter can be reviewed and handled appropriately.
